hey, i’m Jenna!

Lover of intentional living, nutrient-dense whole foods, and the connection between food, body, and mind. I’m also bilingual: English and Gut.

For years, I struggled with fatigue, bloating, hormonal imbalances, skin issues, burn out — you name it — with a constant feeling that something just wasn’t right in my body. I bounced between doctors and diets, but nothing seemed to stick — until I started learning about the connection between gut health, hormones, and overall well-being. That’s when everything began to shift.

I realized how powerful food, lifestyle, movement, and stress management can be. I learned to listen to my body in a whole new way — and slowly but surely, I started to feel like me again. Those experiences led me to this journey and clarified my purpose, and for that, I’m grateful.

I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with a focus on gut and hormone health — two areas I now work with closely in my consulting practice. I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University and a M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Arkansas. Prior to health coaching, I spent 15 years helping clients set and reach meaningful goals in both athletics and corporate business, which taught me how to truly listen, guide with intention, and help people create lasting change.

i help clients feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle choices.

Belief #1: We are all bio-individual beings.

Every person is unique and has different needs based on genetics, lifestyle, and personal goals. You know yourself best and have the ability to heal yourself from the inside out — it starts from within.

Belief #2: Beyond food — health isn’t a diet, but a lifestyle.

Using my nutritional knowledge, health training, and personal experience, I will guide you towards habits and lasting transformation that help you become the healthiest, happiest version of you.

some fun facts about me

01

Proud dog mom

I became a dog mom for the first time at age 36, and our goldendoodle, Louise, has completely stolen my heart (and most of our bed). She’s my daily reminder to move more, get outside, and enjoy the simple things — like fresh air, belly laughs, and unconditional love.

02

Instant replay brain

Music lyrics and movie quotes live rent-free in my head — seriously, it’s a full-time soundtrack up there. I’ve learned that laughter and nostalgia can be just as healing as a green smoothie, so don’t be surprised if a coaching session comes with a perfectly timed quote or spontaneous sing-along.

Passport always ready

Exploring new places lights me up. Whether it’s a quiet mountain trail or a bustling city market, travel reminds me to stay curious, open-minded, and grounded — because wellness isn’t just about what you eat, it’s also about what you experience.

Sunrise > sunset

Don’t get me wrong, who doesn’t love a good sunset? But, there’s something magical about the calm of early mornings — the quiet, the light, the fresh start, the opportunity for movement. It’s a good reminder how slowing down — even for a moment — can be one of the healthiest habits of all.
